Pole dancing has developed itself to a completely new level in the last few years. Our teachers have a background in both cabaret dancing as well as circus' Chinese poles discipline, offering the most complete pole dancing class for all levels. We want to offer a chance to women of all ages and all shapes to feel what it's like to work a pole!

Aerobic pole dancing is one of the rare excercises that allows you to do cardio while developing muscles in one activity. The fact that each person is lifting their own body makes everyone work with the most appropriate weight to lift. Our pole dancing school is all about health and empowerment in the most entertaining way!
