FAQ

Q. What kind of clothes should I wear?

A. Sport clothes and bare feet, but your clothes must be tight and short, because we want as much skin as possible to stick to the pole and also you don't want to get loose clothes entangled in the pole!

Q. What kind of pre-requisite is there, what if I think I'm not good enough to do the fitness class?

A. Anyone is good enough. Do your best in the learning part and the aerobic part, follow as much as you can and when you're too tired, you can sit down and rest and pick up when you're ready.

Q. Do I have to pay for everything on the first day?

A. No, you can pay 50% upon registration and the balance can be paid on the first week of class.

Q. Will I learn to strip-tease?

A. No, our classes target fitness, or high-level acrobatics. Although in the co-ed classes, we're a little looser about the fitness part and mostly trying to have fun. Also, in advanced acrobatic we give tricks for performers to increase their grace and sensuality.

Q. Can I come with my boyfriend?

A. The co-ed class is open to both men and women, couples are welcome!

Q. What happens if I hurt myself?

A. We will do everything to help you and make sure you receive the care that you need although, at registration, everybody signs a discharge for injuries and we are NOT responsible for anything that can happen to you. We do ensure maximum safety in our classes.

Q. If I miss a class, can I catch it up?

A. Sure, make an appointment with your teacher and for $10 you can catch up any class as many times as you want.

Q. I used to do sports, should I sign up for advanced acrobatics?

A. Pole is very different than most sports, a good condition will make you progress very fast, but if you've never done pole, or any aerial arts, it might be a little hard, but you can come at any time to test an advanced class for $15.
